Two tiers: Standard at £249/month for up to 10 users, and Premium at £499/month for unlimited users with multi-site support and SSO. All features included on every plan. Cancel anytime, no annual contract required.
What's included in the 60-day trial?
Full access to every feature on the Premium tier — NCR, CAPA, 8D, supplier scorecards, audit reports, the lot. No credit card required. Your data stays yours and is preserved if you choose to subscribe.
How quickly can we get up and running?
Sign up, add a supplier, raise your first NCR — all inside an hour. No implementation consultancy, no kickoff meeting. The 60-day trial gives you a full quarter-end inside the platform before you decide to keep it.
Is Buttress audit-ready out of the box?
Yes. The audit evidence pack is generated from your live data — every NCR, every CAPA closure, every supplier review tagged to ISO 9001:2015 clauses 8.4, 7.5, and 9.2. One click and your auditor's evidence pack is ready.
Where is our data stored?
UK-only. All data sits in AWS London (eu-west-2). GDPR-compliant by default, AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, automated daily backups with 30-day retention.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You keep read-only access for 90 days and can export everything as CSV/PDF at any time. After 90 days the data is securely deleted. No hostage situation.
